The Purpose of the School
The
Battle Creek Japanese School primarily instructs Japanese students who
temporarily stay in the U.S. so that they will be able to re-adjust
to the Japanese education system with minimal efforts when they return
to Japan.
Goals
- Students
will be active learners.

will be polite and kind to others.
- Students
work harder to accomplish what they work on.
Educational
Purposes
- Educate
students so that they will be able to re-adjust themselves to the
Japanese education system with minimal efforts when they return to
Japan.
- Educate
students so that they will understand multicultual differences.
General Objectives
- Teachers
require students to follow the rules in the classroom. Also, teachers
need to show students appropriate attitudes for learning so that education
is optimized for them.
- Teachers
are expected to give efficient instructions by clarifying objectives
and selecting the most important materials.
- Students
are expected to actively pursue their studies at home.
- Students
are expected to respect the rules of the school.
- Students
are expected to be cooperate with others inside /outside of the classroom.
- Teachers
should pay good attention to students so that they can avoid any serious
accidents.
- Students
should enjoy their work in a safe environment.
- Teachers
are expected to have frequent communications with parents.
